As someone who's played a lot of L4D recently, I'd like to pay homage to the survivor's friend, the Smoker.

He drags me away from angry tanks.
He drags me into rooms I'd have never thought to check, where I can find health kits and better weapons.
He drags me out of the fires that n00bs start.
He's even dragged me away from a witch I was about to startle.
Best of all, he drags away retards who try healing me right in front of the helicopter when we're not even playing Versus mode.

So here's to you, smoker. I drew you a preggy zombie chick eating a sandwich. I hope you like it. :3

What about preggy boss zombies? Preggy tank...now there's a bizarre image, preggy Which, actually that's kinda hot, preggy hunter, that's also kinda hot, preggy smoker, um.. could be kinda hot depending how you look at it lol.
