At my old school, the smartest student was a cute, blonde girl. That has nothing to do with this picture, but it's a nice counterpoint to the blonde joke in the pic.

I dont think its very fair that they fence off those little bits of blank space under the bridges so the hobos cant stay there... But I suppose they think of them as gated communities.
